  • Products are sent back within 5/7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products are in their original condition, with all tags undisturbed.
  • Products are free from signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Exchanges:

Should you desire an exchange for a different size, color, or style, connect with our customer service team within 2/3 days of receiving your order. The exchange procedure involves:

  • Exchanges being dependent on product availability.
  • If the item you seek is unavailable, we’re here to help you choose a suitable alternative or offer store credit.
  • The cost of return shipping for the original item is the customer’s responsibility, unless a mistake on our part caused the need for exchange.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll promptly process the exchange.
  • No Bank Refund: Refunds will only be provided as store credit to your Miskay wallet.

Non-Eligible Items:

Please note that the following items are excluded from the returns and exchanges policy:

  • Intimate apparel (undergarments, swimwear, lingerie, etc.).
  • Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Items that have undergone alteration, personalization, or customization.
  • Accessories, jewelry, and beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
  • Orders with applied discounts or promo codes.
